Well it's my first visit, and I'm impressed at the space available and the quietness around the site. On arrival guests are asked to phone a given number, to be promptly greeted by the owner who welcomed us, gave us our pitch and showed us the facilities. Facilities include toilets, showers, washup area, fridge/freezer, mini shop, bar, kids play areas. Fires/bbq on site allowed, fire baskets to borrow and logs to buy at 5 bag. Dog friendly site. Not music friendly though, so if you want to party go elsewhere. If you don't mind quirky, no frills and value for money this could be your little piece of heaven.....about 25 acres of it, but not all flat enough to pitch on. not 5 star? personally the many burnt areas from campfires spoil the otherwise lovely site.

Great site with fantastic views, facilities are basic but clean and functional does have a small onsite bar at reasonable prices. Owner and managers very helpful and friendly. Our third visit and will go again.
