Friendly & Excellent customer service.
Given the restrictions imposed by lockdown and the need to use poor software the transaction went well superbly supported by Dal and Mark. The only (major) downside is the terrible design of the gear selector gate - \R\, \!\, and \3\ too close together with no specific safeguard to prevent unintended selection of reverse. I have used the car twice (four times starting from a parking position) and still have no idea whether the car will glide smoothly forwards, jerk backwards, or stall.
This has been by far the most enjoyable experience we have had when buying a car from a dealership, it was no hassle, stress free. There was no intimidation or outshines to purchase and we were constantly kept up to date. The service was above and beyond my expectation and I will definitely purchase from yourselves again in the future. I feel my experience was significantly due to the person who dealt with us throughout the process. Even having a call back a few days after purchase to see how I was getting on with the car was great.
