5 star review. First time using Strathstone Mercedes and was blown away. The service was first class. Free courtesy car, a beautifully clean 500 mile c class coupe. Gail on the service desk was first class, listened to my ask and delivered. Dropped car off at 0830. Car ready by 1130. I usually use independent garages for my cars but being a new AMG and looking for a software upgrade, it was well worth the extra.

Car was damaged while in for an MOT. Refused to fix the damage! Will never be back!
I'm totally disappointed with Glasgow Mercedes-benz service it's just wasting of time and money. This place shouldn't operate as car service as they can't diagnose properly car of their own brand that's gonna be my last Mercedes ever. Advice don't buy Mercedes as you will not gonna like it.
Absolutely appalling customer service! Today I was asked to bring my mercedes in early so the grill could be replaced, as when I bought the car albeit from a different dealership it was already damaged. They then refused to do any work on the car after bring it in to be repaired. And finally when I came to collect the car it took them 45 minutes to give me the keys back after doing no work to the car, and 30 of the 45 minute wait I was rudely told to wait outside in 0C weather. Do not use this dealership!
Picked-up my new Car (2015 E-Class Cabriolet) last weekend. Superb experience! From Vicky to Ian W and Iain M, everyone was very helpful and did what they could to get me on my way as quickly as possible (despite the problems with the finance system software). Special thanks to Ian W who patiently explained the less obvious and different features to my trade in C-Class.
