From my first enquiry to receiving my car I have had nothing but excellent service from them. All communications we're immediate, polite and professional. After sales service can't be faulted. I recently purchased my A-Class from Mercedes-Benz Beaconsfield and it was the best experience. I was dealing with Lee Hamer who is the Senior Sales Representative. From ordering the vehicle to collection day, Lee went above and beyond to ensure all demands were met. The customer service was excellent and all paperwork was done swiftly. The Covid-19 measures at the dealership were great and social distancing was obeyed throughout the process. Lee made the vehicle reveal extra special for my family and me, and as a result we will cherish this moment for many years to come. I would definately recommend Mercedes-Benz of Beaconsfield for your new/used car sales.

My car got recently damaged and needed a complete repaint. I dealt with Keith French. He was absolutely amazing from the first phone call I made until the moment I collected my car. He did his best to work around my circumstances, communicated with me throughout, explained everything very clearly and was extremely helpful. He is very well spoken, well presented and may I say a valuable asset to Mercedes. I dealt with many different garages in the past and I have never come across to anybody as nice as Keith. Truly. My SLK looked brand new and shiny when i collected it. Then only a few weeks later there was another incident and my car got damaged again. I called Keith, drove straight to Mercedes Beaconsfield and got my car fixed whilst I was waiting. Thank you again Keith. It does make a huge difference to deal with someone as nice as you are. I very much appreciate all your help. An employee of the year:)

very good service, polite and very promp, just had car moted there they said it would just take over an hour I was there just over an our, couldn't help enough well done. even in the pandemic.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I took my car in to check for a fault today and the standard of professionalism was outstanding, especially with my service manager Jim McKenzie. He made every effort to find the fault and more. I certainly don't have the most expensive Mercedes in the world!!!, but the level of service he gave me was personable and that was very much appreciated. The next time i upgrade my car i know where i will be going
