Great customer service, super kid-friendly (took my 5mo baby) and they have the sweetest staff. Food is great not ecstatic but love it. Beautiful decor in all. Highly recommended...

We recently had the Valentine’s Day meal that was a price fix menu. The whole meal was fantastic. My wife and I tasted flavors that were completely new to us and man was it good. The service was tip top which of course elevated the night further. We are excited to go back and try the normal menu. Thanks for such a great night. This was our first meal in a restaurant in 5 months.

Excellent dinner but need to ask questions if you're wanting something specific. Asked for a small dinner salad and there had to be a validation with the chef. Otherwise the food and service was top notch. The manager Jim was very accommodating. Highly recommend for a good meal at Union Station.

I've been avoiding negative reviews during this pandemic and recognize restaurants deserve leeway during this time but not a single member of my party of 6 enjoyed their entree. Mercantile is a pretentious restaurant lacking authenticity in which you derive more satisfaction from photographing the food than tasting it. The Scarpinnoc is a 15 plate with 5 miniscule individual pieces of crunchy and tough pasta. The cheesecake factory could serve you a plate 10x bigger and without undercooked pasta. The Korean fried chicken was a bigger plate yet the flavors were still lacking. The sauce drenched all the crispness out of the chicken and was overpowered with vinegar and a mismatched flavor of mint. You were left with a sour soggy breading and an underseasoned chicken underneath it all. Furthermore my dad ordered the short ribs after the waiter confirmed it was a meal for two. I felt embarrassed and irritated as the waiter brought a single rib not enough to fulfill one person. You pay for the bone on this one, the meat is just a side.
