Persone stupende! Anna e Roberto, oltre ad essere competenti e sempre pronti a trovare una soluzione ai vostri problemi, mostrano una gentilezza ed una simpatia unica. Difficile non considerarli dopo un po più amici che commercianti. Acquistare inoltre un prodotto da loro vuol dire non essere mai abbandonati come succede invece acquistando nei centri commerciali o via internet.

Gentilezza e simpatia 0, incompetenti

Kaufte am 20.12.2018 einen HP Laptop. Nach 3 Tagen ließ er sich nicht mehr starten. Zur Reparatur gebracht. Insgesamt passierte das gleiche noch weitere 3 mal (4.2.2019; 20.3.2019; 6.5.2019 erneut im Geschäft abgegeben) ...immer das selbe Problem... ließ sich nicht mehr einschalten. Von Dez. 2018 bis Juli 2019 war der Laptop unbenutzbar, da andauernd in Reparatur! Erhielt keine genaue Antwort auf die Frage WAS kaputt ist. Auch ein Umtausch/Rückgabe war nicht möglich. Am 15.7.2019 erhielt ich den nun 4x „reparierten“ Laptop zurück der dann überraschenderweise bis Ende Februar 2020 einwandfrei funktionierte... dann ließ er sich nicht mehr starten!!! Herstellergarantie abgelaufen. An diesem Punkt angelangt zerlegte ich den Computer in seine Einzelteile und brachte die Stückchen ins Geschäft zurück. FAZIT: ONLY a dissapointment - ONLY a waste of time and ONLY a waste of money!

Competenti e sempre cortesi. Attenti a cogliere le vere necessità dei clienti propongono spesso valide alternative. Con un occhio anche alle tasche del cliente. Da anni nel settore e sempre al passo coi tempi. Non conosco clienti insoddisfatti. Assolutamente da raccomandare.
