Good food and service. The steak was correctly prepared and spiced, no salt needed. Come prepared very little if any English understood, German or Italian. Cash only!

Very good place. The staff was nice. The food was delicious, hearty and well prepared. Recommended for all Merano tourists.
Awful service unless you speak German!! Cash only at the end! Credit card was not acceptable!!?? the food couldn't stimulating one’s appetite, and the Rindsgoulasch was a bit tough and lacked flavor. Very expensive and totally not worth! If you have enemy or people you hate... I strongly recommend you push them go!
If the staff was a bit more friendly, it would have been an easy 4 stars. My wife ordered just a soup for lunch and the waiter was actually annoyed that she only ordered soup. Be aware that you can sit in the main shopping road, but also if you like a bit more quiet seating, you can sit around back where they have a lovely little spot with just a few tables where it's much more relaxed.
Good food and funny waiter. I strongly recommend this restaurant!
