What a terrible experience we've had with PJ Mulley! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST TO ANYONE! The bouquet we ordered for our aunt's birthday was changed from our chosen Tropical bouquet to tulips, arrived a day later than scheduled and the flowers were simply dumped on her doorstep! The flowers were extremely poor quality with most of them already open and dropping petals. \Faye\ in their Customer Services Team has been unhelpful, unsympathetic and argumentative - certainly not how to treat paying customers! Faye has refused to refund our money, instead offering 10% off our next order with them which is an absolute joke as we will NEVER order flowers from such a terrible florist again!!

I love this online florist, the prices are so competitive and they offer free delivery and excellent customer service. Communication was fantastic throughout, they called me straight away after I ordered a hospital delivery and advised against it because many of their flowers have been turned away in the past, so I changed the address on the order. They also notify you on the day of an hour slot when the flowers will be delivered, and the bouquet looks wonderful, such high quality. Thanks again, I'm a customer for life!

Have used PJ Mulley twice now. The first time was outstanding in every respect. The second time I found the bouquet, 'Pink Delight', to be a bit different from the photo online and the roses looking a bit tired. Overall, still a good looking bouquet though. My biggest issue was ordering for a delivery on a Sat. It was not clear to me that no Sat deliveries were free and that I would have to tick the box to pay 6.99 for delivery. Since the system recognized that problem after the order was made and automatically emailed to warn me, why can't it recognize the problem in advance and automatically add the 6.99 to the bill at check out? As soon as I select a Sat as my delivery date, it should no longer be possible to select 'free delivery'. To their credit, they called me overseas so I could pay the extra over the phone which is pretty great service. Perhaps the website could be improved there though...

Lovely flowers, great communication from PJ Mulley. Couldn't have asked for better service and the recipient was particularly overjoyed with the chocolates! Second time I've used these chaps and I will do again.
