Tutto quello che ti aspetti da una trattoria tipica: ambiente da trattoria con ottimi piatti della tradizione Romana. Abbiamo preso i Tortelloni con provola affumicata e melanzana, la gricia, la Cacio e Pepe e la Pajata. Tutto squisito da reclamare il bis se trigliceridi e transaminasi non gridassero vendetta... Come tappabuchi finale ci siamo lasciati tentare da un assaggio di saltimbocchi alla romana con cicoria saltata aglio e peperoncino: il colpo di grazia... Tutto ottimo e abbondante
