I have trained at this gym for over 8 years, and I find it a very hard gym to beat. It supports all of my training needs from cardio, to strength to boxing. Massive range of equipment and plenty of room inside. Very friendly and helpful staff that are always happy to help and offer advice. Top place to train, I highly recommend it. Shaun A.
