The staff are extremely helpful and were very patient whilst my daughter picked her first pair of glasses. Glasses arrived quickly and they checked she was happy with them and adjusted the glasses to fit her. Would highlight recommend Memory Opticians, my family has been using Memory Opticians for many years!
Memory Opticians offer way and beyond a five star service. Their attention to detail is amazing and the care and kindness shown by all the staff from eye tests to the fitting of new glasses is brilliant. I had an emergency situation (luckily not serious) but was able to see Mr Memory instantly who was able to refer me immediately to the Eye Clinic for further checks - all was well but the follow up phone call to see how I was the next day demonstrates their meticulous care and interest in their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an optician in the Salisbury and Amesbury area.
Just had my latest eye test and the service was excellent as ever. As well as getting my glasses there for some 15 years, Memory first alerted me to possible glaucoma about 3 years ago, leading to a reference to the specialist eye clinic at Southampton. So eye health is a vital aspect to getting regular checkups too!
Excellent service and everyone their goes out of their way to make sure that both my children have a suitable / stylish frame for them.
