This is a very well run office and we all know how hard that it is to come by. I ended up having to deal with a few people and everyone impressed me. The office staff on the phones is professional and thorough. The sonographer was compassionate. This spot is very highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about how professional and sweet the entire staff at Memorial is. Kathy handled my appointment and insurance and got all approved immediately and ahead of schedule as I was leaving for vacation in a few days and the young lady who did my IV and scan was empathetic and got me in and out. I'll recommend this group over and over again!

Really surprised how people are giving 4 plus rating to this facility. I had MRI here a week back and Initially they said 2-3 business days to generate the MRI study report but it is more than 4 business days now.. still i haven't got reports and they are not ready to provide exact timelines also.Each front desk person is giving a different answer.Moreover the responses are very harsh.

Recently had a CT scan of my spine Excellent staff; very polite professional and courteous. The CT tech that conducted the procedure was wonderful and very knowledgeable. As a medical student and hopeful radiology resident, I really appreciate it when an office is able to make the patient feel at ease and fully cared for at a stressful time. 100% recommend this place to others.

I went to this location several times (for knee and shoulder MRI’s). The staff is exceedingly professional, friendly, and most of all efficient. The experience was consistent; MRI techs Melissa and Mara made it as enjoyable as possible. The hours are good. I definitely recommend this place.
