Best bbq in Paris period. A soon as you walk in you are hit with the perfume of smoke. Today ordered the brisket and smoked belly bacon. Both were damn tender and Smokey as hell! Portion sizes are good and few good beers available. A lot of French places can’t do this type of food but these guys can

Great brisket and its sauce!! Highly recommend it. We ordered with coleslaw and the corn bread, both were OK. We'll try fries next time. Very quick service
I visited with a group which was not ideal because it can get crowded but overall it was a pleasant experience. I had the pulled pork bun, with a side of fries, and there are different side options as well as mains. The sauces were very good as well. The service was not great, it took quite some time for the food to arrive and then we did notice that the waiter was annoyed with us as we were asking for things. The food itself was superb and I would definitely recommend trying it.
A small reminder of the tastes back home. A proper BBQ place, with a more stylish Parisian decor. The place is really well made, anyone, Parisian or not, would appreciate. But most importantly, the meat. Oh it melts ever so softly! I had the brisket and the my friend the ribs. Whilst the portions are not like North America (then again, in Paris, what is?), the quality is fantastic and these guys know their way around charcoal and meats. For the vibe, food and drink, I wouldn't look over this place. Prices are slightly above average for 17e, but well worth it. Kudos to them, I'll be coming here more often for lunch.
One of the best meals I have ever had. For a meat lover, this is an absolute must! The smoked meats were extraordinary, soft and falling right off the bone. Simply the most wonderfully smoked meat I have ever seen, and I make smoked meat myself. The staff were also very friendly and took care of us as if we were old friends. I will definitely return to this place, even if I need to take a flight especially for that.

Delicious barbecue in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and served out great food. The brisket was truly delicious, nice spicey bark on the outside and soft, melt in your mouth meat.
Excellent meat, poor wings, average condiments and sides; horrific service. Their concept just does not work and they are losing more money then what they could lose with investment on service staff and equipment; and I am saying this as a restaurant professional. Would always go back for the meat though.
