This company made inferior product that was unacceptable to our customer .They replaced some of it for a discount but then refused to finish or discuss the issue any further .We had to eat the difference to make it right with our customer at our own expence .Their response was to not answer their phone for the next couple of years .Very unprofessional and bias way to run a wholesale operation in Chicago .The typical answer from them is just o\.We have reached out multiple times and same result.
