I bought one of these lovely jumpers in Dornoch, and let me say I love it. However, just be careful how you wash it and don’t be tempted to use warm water, use cool water as instructed.

Profit Before Customer Care! Since my partner had been ill for some time I bought her a very expensive jumper from Eribe (see photo below) in attempt to cheer her up. After wearing the jumper only four times and having hand washed the jumper as per care instructions only twice, the jumper had shrunk so much that it was unwearable. When we contacted Eribe, Rosemary Eribe admitted that the light colours used in the jumper were prone to shrinkage, and (reluctantly) agreed to exchange the jumper for a different garment. My partner and I were both appalled when, instead of keeping to her word, Rosemary Eribe sent the shrunken jumper back repressed to its original size, and recommending that it be dry cleaned to prevent further shrinkage. (please see photograph of Rosemary Eribes hand written note attached to the returned jumper confirming this). Due to the fact that the jumper had been repressed with a very hot and heavy steam iron (when the care instructions said a cool iron was to be used) this had resulted in further felting and the jumper being totally mishaped! It is quite obvious from the above that Rosemary Eribe is not a person of her word. This is also evident from the fact that she states on her website and care instructions on the expensive woollen garments she sells (such as the jumper Id bought) that they can be hand washed, and then subsequent to hand washing causing shrinkage, she recommends dry cleaning! Unless you want to throw your money down the drain, I suggest you buy from a more reputable company who values customer care as much as they value profit.
