As owner of the pharmacy I have tried to respond to the review below without success. I have initiated a full review with staff and I am more than satisfied with their conduct relating to this issue. I cannot find any evidence of any wrongdoing. We work very hard to provide the best service we possibly can and I would welcome anyone who has any problems to come and speak to us anytime so that we are able to improve as we move forward. The people in here have worked hard and selflessly even more so than normal during the covid19. Anyone unhappy ought to vent their annoyances with the doctors surgery as it is NOT the pharmacy that delay your prescriptions etc.
Rude incompetent staff, the one with the fair shoulder length really needs to learn to smile, shes the most miserable sales person I have ever come across...... boss needs to get them to buck up their ideas.
