The latte and cappuccino were ok; the service was good; however the apple pie with custard and \freshly made cherry pancakes\ (basically jam) were pretty bad. Given 2* due to the good service from the ladies.

First 4 star review I’ve given you. Food is good but hospitality is sliding. I’ve been a customer since the very beginning, a local fan. However Im appalled that after ordering a Melissa special they want to charge for extra sauces (1 for two sauces). Please don’t let these petty things affect the relationship people have with your brand. People forget what you do or say but they never forget how you make them feel. And challenging a loyal costumer to go back to the till over two sauces is not the experience I’m sure you’re trying to achieve. Sort it out, you’re better than that.
Great food and staff. Very quick to serve even on new year eve. Their meat is unmatched.
Food is always really fresh, well made, good quality. Staff try their best to serve you fast, more a family run feel restaurant. Can get really busy at times but we always go back even though on the other side of London its worth it. All round family favourite.
Excellent food and service. Everything was freshly made and delicious. Salad well dressed, peppermint tea was made with fresh leaves, bread, hummus amazing. Cant wait to go back.
