I would give no stars if there was a option. Meliisa came for my colour test, she then cancelled the appointment, then canceld again & again then ignored me & got nasty when I complained that she ignored me. My first contact was the 28 th September Didn't want her silly excuses... well lies... More hurtful as she knows I'm house bound and wanted cheering up by having my hair done which I've not been able to do due to a motorbike accident..
