Our last night in Melbourne afforded us a relaxing evening around the dinner table to quietly celebrate the birthday. Our receptive host advised of the Steak Special - a 200gr Porterhouse (from memory) with salad and chips, plus a wine or beer for 25. Not many places will give this meal at this price. We gladly accepted. Meat was cooked to our liking, salad was basic but there, chips were nice n crunchy, beer was cold.It all facilitated for good conversation and a memorable Melbourne birthday.

The food was good. We ordered grilled Porterhouse steak, Grilled Half chicken, Grilled pork, Fish of the day, Mushroom risotto, squid, chips, Butter cake and Melting chocolate. Service was nice and lighting was perfect. Overall spent 180 for 4 people.

not a bad place to have a meeting and work on your laptop. Some tables are close to power points. good environment, comfy seats. small variety of snack though when the kitchen is closed.
