Not horrible, but wouldn't recommend due to poor customer service. It took 5 days to do a simple change of coil packs (with the diagnostic computer being clear what's the issue). There's no contact, consultation or updates from the staff about what's going on with the car. Got asked questions about fault symptoms on the 3rd day and only because I was pressing with inquiry. It feels like they have to be chased all the time.
Always good and honest, not the cheapest but I value the honesty!
