The Genesis service department is very courteous, but slow. The real problem is in their sales department. One salesman, named Angelo, refused to wear a mask, even though the posted dealership policy is mandatory mask use. If the company is going to set a policy for customers, employees should at least follow their own rules. The worst part was he was servicing all of the oldest customers. In my 4.5hr wait for an oil change, I watched him pressure elderly couples who were trying to gather information on different cars into making purchases that same day. A word of warning would be to do your research first, before reaching out to anyone here, so you don't get talked into making a decision before you've thought it over. This is my third and last time coming here for work on my Genesis, I'll make the drive and go to a better establishment.
