So they are devine, the products and the service are amazing thank you. Received a neat pack for my birthday and omg it's just awesome. Being an ex butcher the sausages were perfect. The steaks look great .

Staff are spot on with their cuts of meat. Friendly and professional service goes without saying! Wide variety of dishes. I've been waiting a lang time for a proper butcher to open up in AB123. Here it is, I honestly couldn't recommend it enough!
Poor customer service Staff don’t care Unable to fulfil orders only told on arrival to pick up they don’t have stock. Been in and told order was forgotten and not ready Twice have left and have had to go back due to items being forgotten and not in my bag, on one occasion a lesser quality and cheaper product was used as a replacement. Shouldn’t be up to the customer to be checking if order is correct. It’s what the staff are paid for. Use to tell everyone to support local and use here will be telling them the exact opposite. I don't think it would an exaggeration to say the balmoral pie I had from your establishment yesterday was an absolute taste sensation. A masterclass. I don't think i'll shop anywhere else ever again.
