The person is polite and knowledgeable but people not keep up with the commitments, this is what lets it down otherwise you can go for it

I asked the team for a treatment for Lizard and Spiders to which i accept i had some open points in my house but the very next day i could see lizards and spiders roaming around. I see that their is no much impact of their chemicals on the focus areas, which was a must. They gave me a warranty of minimum 6 months but still its been more then 1 week they haven’t responded back. Then i don’t understand what is the use of warranty. Requesting you to please use good quality of chemicals.
