Worst serives provided by totally untrained staff, total harrassment in this branch, i have opened my son's account in this branch as he is going to college at the time of opening a new savings account they promised me that account will be operational in 4 working days, it takes 45 days to open my account, and after one month my account is freezed without any reason, after repeatedly approaching the bank they told me that the branch forget to submit the documents in the head office and asked to visit the branch again, impossible as my son is in college in some other state, total harrassment of customers, humble request to avoid this branch

Famous bank with goodwill. This the best bank of pallavpuram , has a excellent interior and has a fabulous working staff , high security very closer to modipuram flyover highway(NH-58). But No sufficient parking space.
