I would give them a three star rating as they have reduced the standard of services they provide during the last few years. Though , initially they were the best in town.

They are the most unprofessional set of people I have come across, please don't make the mistake of booking them. Mr Bharat Ram sweet coated personality, always trying to make you fool. They just vanished after the wedding. The coordinator has not taken a single call/ replied to any of our messages. It's been 3 months and we don't even know if we will ever get to see the videos/photos. We have been diligently giving him feedback about the editing of videos, but still we are nowhere near close to getting videos. Highly highly highly unprofessional.
