To be honest cant fault them. Always busy and takes forever to get an appointment BUT when my child was ill we got seen quickly and when I busted my knee I got seen at 8am. Sometimes staff are rushed off their feet and seem disinterested and I can see why some people would say rude but personally we find this is a good GP with good staff and we have no cause for complaint. It is a decent gp.
Be nice if you bothered opening at your advertised times. Or just change the times to when you do actually open.
Went out of their way to make sure I received my prescription when it became unavailable from the suppliers. Woukd like to thank them very much.
No Comparison to the High Street 'Favourite' No wonder people are praising Medwyn Pharmacy; if you call them you get a human answering the phone rather than having to select an option to be transfered to an unsupervised phone (yes, Boots). Medwyn is knowledgable and helpful - very pleased to know they are there and often open late.
