I love to browse in this shop, but since lockdown I have followed @medusagems on Instagram. I saw a lovely Valentines gift , the service from the shop first rate, I ordered and had it delivered in 48 hours. The item is lovely, as expected. Would highly recommend and I look forward to popping in on Lord Street when they're open again.

Great Gift shop situated in the center of Southport, lots and lots of fantastic bespoke gifts to see and buy including decorative crystals, candles etc. Friendly and helpful staff . Well worth a visit.

We came across Medusa Gems & decided to have a look inside as we needed a christening gift. On entering the choice of gifts & stock is incredible. Yes we bought a christening gift but also other items too that we didn't know we even we even needed lol. Helen had so much patience & was so helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend a visit if you need a special gift
