I called them a week ago to make an appointment to a surgeon for my child... I made the appointment on 7 of December for them to call me yesterday Friday 4 December to tell me that the appointment was canceled because the doctor will not be available. The next date they proposed to me was 11 December... which I called my husband to see if he will be able to take off that day from work for us to go there... in the end we agreed and I called back for them to tell me that they don't have 11 December available for appointment... such madness, they told me only 16 December or 21 December is available whatsoever... I made the appointment on 16 December 5 PM for them to send me a message today Saturday 5 December to inform me that my appointment was canceled AGAIN! for a hospital like this, is a total shame... no professionalism, total dissatisfaction and disappointment!

Offer the possibility to request and pay for some services from abroad for close people/relatives in country. - Sometimes difficult to reach call center and on facebook chat you get a formal, raw answer. - I would like more details on the site about Covid-19, (if an ambulance can be requested for such cases or if you hospitalize patients)

I'm a Singaporean who visited Moldova. In January 2019, i had a fall after i slipped on ice near Strada Lev Tolstoi. I had an excruciating pain on my left chest area. I went to Medpark without an appointment. However, the doctors and specialists attended to me within 20 minutes. The patient-care provided was first class. They always reassured me that everything is going to be ok. The Doctors who attended to me are: 1. Dr Bajurea Nicolae 2. Dr Condratchi Eugeniu Ivan 3. Dr Andronatii Vladimir 4. Dr Cobileanu Lina The Hospital Registration Staff, Ms Garaba Diana, was really kind and very helpful. Thank you ALL, for rendering me with your utmost professional medical care.
Highly professional, staff honest and direct, don't try to cut corners but try to provide high level service for patient first and foremost. Highly recommended. I have used this place many times with many family members and have always been satisfied and impressed.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their service. I am a client of Medpark for more than 5 years and this is the 3d unlucky experience that I had here in the last year. I called more than 24 hours ago in order to speak to our pediatrician, informing that my child has a high fever. They did not want to connect me immediately with the doctor. Which is ok. Being a reasonable and intelligent person I can understand that not all doctors work all the time. So I waited for 24 hours and called again. I was told that they still didn’t reach my pediatrician and rudely brushed me off with “we will call you when we will have further information”. What part of, I have your “famous” 9000 mdl baby care program and my child has 39 fever, you didn’t understand? Thanks for your feedback.
