All the members of staff working at the St Albans practice have always been so friendly and I can tell they genuinely really care about the animals they look after. I have never had a bad experience.

I am delighted with the service received from minute one. For someone who's new to the Vet's world, I couldn't ask for a more personalised and humane attention. I had so many doubts when we brought our 8-week kitten home that I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Gus exceeded my expectations explaining everything I needed to know and beyond. Rachel was also fantastic before and after my visit. Seeing how professional the team is puts my mind at ease. I also chose the health care plan because it's great value for money. Found it a no-brainer. Overall, really satisfied and would recommend 100%. Keep it up!
