Just a great vets, I feel that they really care for your animal. Asking for updates on your pet to make sure that all is going good with the treatment. Top notch. Another thing the address is wrong on the map. It's No 8 Take the frist right after the red post box and go straight down to the end.

Extortionate prices that they don't discuss, and the way they talk to you on the phone is impolite and unprofessional. If you are in the Newtown area I would advise using the other vets practice. They also refused to send over my pets history until I payed for previous treatment. The vet informed me I could set up a direct debit but upon talking to the desk on the phone I was told 'we don't do that here' which was immediately followed up by threats of debt collection agencies and that they would phone other vets in the area to get me barred. They make no effort to come to a fair arrangement of payment or discuss pricing ahead of time. I was told I should have informed the vet ahead of time that funds are short and an arrangement could have been made, I infarct did this and am now being refused my pets history
