Very quick to get appointment, friendly helpful and caring staff. My cat was not even stressed out. Second time of using Medivet, would highly recommend them.

The patient is recovering fast and looks quite unaffected by the serious procedure she underwent, so I am most happy and grateful for the expert care. It was also very good to have a post-op conversation about her health and to have additional questions answered. The one concern would be that the counter-indications of the medication the patient received were not discussed as she has a history of digestive trouble, although possibly for non-medical reasons. Also we lost a cat item at the practice. Overall great service though, thank you very much!

Your vets and nurses, reception staff are very helpful and take time to explain things, and clearly love animals.

Everything from dropping my dogs off at the practice to picking them up, the staff kept us informed about their progress. Everything was explained concisely and we were assured that should we need anything, then we were only to ask. Friendly, professional staff from the receptionists to the vets themselves. Thankyou isn’t enough.

I have had four dogs registered with this practice and they have always put the dog first and not the money. I have been in other vets and the first thing they want to know is your card number and insurance details. They will go the extra mile to help your pet, which is what you want from a vet.
