Medium Rate is my go to for Steak and Fries. Service is superb! But I always enjoy the cut of meat and preparation. It simply tastes good! Enjoy!

Food was really good!! Salad and steak was amazing! I only wished they had more selections on the sauce/gravy. But overall it was very delicious!
Medium rare restaurant is a great place for a set menu type of place, my family and I go there all the time. The steak and the fries were great (ordered it medium rare) the salad is made with Dijon mustard which I love. The “secret” sauce of the stake is to die for. The only thing I will recommend is sometimes the steak came kind of cold, so ask you server from the beginning to make sure it hot. Oh and it is pet friendly at the patio if you have a dog!
I love this restaurant so much! Amazing food, amazing owner, and amazing idea of a steak frites restaurant in the DC area! I commend them for such an amazing job in how they’ve handled the Covid situation, as well as their outside dining experience! They provide a tent with heated air that comes from a Mr heat machine, and though the tables maybe could be a bit further apart, I felt relatively safe with the plants in between us all!
Okay Medium Rare was delicious. I wanted to treat myself to a good meal and knew I wanted some good meat. Well I wasn’t disappointed. MR has a set menu: bread, salad, steak and fries. I was skeptical about how the sauce was gonna taste (I am from the South) but it was satisfactory. You get a second helping of steak and fried (hence my dessert to go). Dessert was sub-par: key lime pie. Not a true pie (it was a whipped consistency) and the cookie crunch pearls added nothing.
