very disappointing unprofessional behavior by staff. i was busy in home office and i ordered medicine for my mother and start waiting to deliver. next day out of curiosity called them and in response they shocked me by saying sorry this medicine is not available. if its not available then they have my full address and phone number and they did not bother to call me before one day that sir, your medicine not available thats why go and buy somewhere else. but they kept me waiting to call them and get this answer. on top there online data is not updated as well, one medicine which is available online is actually not available in store. but they will keep receiving the orders. on top there prices are higher then normal market as well.
Cancelled order after a day, what kind of a weak reason is ‘not available’? Take it off your site then.
worst customer service, only one number to call, which is also just a cell number no response when u sent email inquiry as well. on top very pricy, a single medicine like adalate la 30 available in market in 565 PKR , but they are selling more then 1000 PKR .
