I have to say, I never write reviews but this is a must. As soon as I met with the group at Media Ship I was greeted like a friend and left feeling like family. I don't speak Italian. \At all\ They helped me through every step of the way. Ramona and Stefano were amazing. My questions and worries were more than I think they should have had to deal with, but they did it with a smile and an expresso. I'll never forget my experience and hope to do business with them in the future. Thank you Media Ship and my New friends :) Highly recommended.

Had to sign up to look at photos of a boat which in itself is a total joke. I now get bombarded with emails constantly. The unsubscribe button on the email just takes you to their website home page that is in Italian. I had to recover my password (as I signed up with facebook) and when then logged in the profile and preferences section is mostly still in Italian. I would never look to sell my boat with a company that fails so badly with their internet presence and just piss off potential buyers.
