Just want to say what a brilliant service I’ve had from Media Marmot over the years. Proper old school human beings dealing with my support requests quickly and effectively. I don’t think I’ve received this level of service from any other company since 1990. Keep up the good work.

I represent a charity that has worked with Media Marmot for years and years. They have always been incredibly easy to work with and supportive, but just last week they went over and above their contract when we had an online emergency. We were looked after wonderfully well and highly professionally. We have been thoroughly impressed and are highly grateful. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I can't speak more highly of the service provided by Media Marmot. They respond to all queries in a timely and professional manner. Karl is especially helpful and works above and beyond the call of duty answering emails out of hours and coming up with effective solutions to problems. We have been using Media Marmot for website and email hosting services for many years and have always received a first class professional service.
