Just had a kitchen floor installed. From my first visit (thanks, Kevin) to the store to the installation, every person I encountered was professional and helpful. When the installer was held up with. previous client, I became frustrated and upset, Bill (phone) handled my concerns kindly and with understanding. The installer (Will) and his crew did a wonderful job on the floor. It is nice to see people taking pride and time in their work. It was well worth the wait. What a fantastic choice to go with someone small and local. We could not be more pleased and look forward to working with them in the future. We just had them back out again to install flooring in our tiny little bath. Once again, it is excellent. Many thanks for another great job. Much appreciated!
