Booking with M.E.S. is always straightforward and their service shows a clean pair of heels to some of the larger garages and main dealers. From dropping the car off to collecting the vehicle, the efficiency of Tom and the workshop team is unbeatable, in my experience. This company will remain a trusted provider of all things to do with my car and my wife's car for the foreseeable future. (And thanks for the complimentary car wash too Tom!)

I can’t recommend MES highly enough. They are genuinely interested in getting your car back to you in perfect order. They give a better service than main dealers and at lower cost. They call you to let you know what’s happening and to discuss any issues before they continue their work so you don’t get any surprises. Why would anyone want to use a main dealer when these guys are available. They are all car enthusiasts too and so take great care to get your car back to you in great condition.

I took my Mini Countryman Cooper S to MES for a routine service based on reviews I read on Google. This was my first service after the inclusive service pack from Mini ended. I hadn't been especially impressed with BMW service the last time I was there and wanted to go somewhere more convenient to where I live. MES lived up to my expectations. The work done seems to have been thorough and my car is running brilliantly. I needed tracking and brake pads as well as the service so it proved to be a pricey exercise. That said the charges were consistent with what I expected given what was done. I will definitely be going back!

Needed MOT for my car during Pandemic so asked MES if they could help as they provide collection service to save me from possibility of getting virus, they were very helpful and collected car. The car failed and I felt it was not worth repairing due to age of car. They were very thorough with their MOT service and showed with photos all the problems with the car that were not failures but would need attending to. I was very happy with the cost of the MOT but I felt that the quote given of 370 for a full service was excessive compared to other local garages, I did not have the full service as I had decided to scrap the car anyway as it had failed MOT. I would highly recommend the service they provided me for my MOT.

Would 100% recommend MES to anyone and would use again, good communication, honest pricing - at no point did I feel ripped off or pressured into paying for something I didn't want to. Also a bonus to have the car valeted after repairs
