Would highly recommend this company to any new potential customers, from my experience you will not be disappointed. The staff are really helpful and the quality of the inks I bought were top-notch. Their online order service has a fast turnaround and delivery. No waiting around with these guys. Discovered this company by chance about 6 months ago, during a day trip to Bridlington and what an absolute gem of a find and have used their shop and online service many times ever since. Fantastic service from Mike! Unlike most businesses you wait far too long for a reply or not at all. I contacted 3 businesses as my laptop had a complex problem and Mike replied straightaway. Another business replied the next day. He invited me to take my laptop into his outlet and was greeted with a very friendly manner and took a look at my laptop straightaway. He identified the problem and because of it's complexibility he asked me to call back in tomorrow. Mike kept me well informed that day and the following day letting me know exactly what work he was carrying out and was very keen to make sure this was done as quickly as possible. As much as a complex problem that it was i was most delighted with the outcome in which he had thoroughly succeeded to fix this. I called in to collect it at the price promise quoted. MCS Computers in Bridlington. What a Fantastic service. I had taken my laptop to to MCS Computers for a service and a internal clean. Price was quoted and laptop left. Day after received a phone call telling me laptop was ready for pick up. Arrived at the shop and bill was Less than quoted price. This was because there was less work involved. What a honest gentleman. Laptop beautifully clean and runs like a dream. Thank you so much for a wonderful service. I recommend MCS Computers 100%
After being told by another local company that my laptop was beyond repair I decided to get a second opinion. MCS diagnosed the machine and told me that it could be repaired for 60. One month later the laptop is still going strong. Hard to find a good honest business like this, a real gem of a find. Thank you MCS for such a remarkable, honest service.
