The teacher is very knowledgeable and patient. She pays keen attention to the technical details of the pieces and does a good job explaining at the level of her students. I have seen her work with all ages- she is very talented. I highly recommended this teacher!

This place is great! I've been taking lessons here since 2015 and the teacher, Mrs. Groysman, is one of the best I've met. She truly cares about her students' success and provides an environment that challenges and grows her students' skills. When I first started here in 2015, I could barely play \Twinkle Twinkle Little Star\, and now I'm playing famous classical pieces like \Moonlight Sonata 1st Movement\ or \Waltz in A Minor\. McKinney Piano and Voice Academy is THE place in McKinney, even Dallas, to learn piano from an expert. 5 stars, easily.

About 2 years ago, my family decided to move to a quiet little home up in McKinney. Originally from Dallas, some of the key holdbacks we had were the kids’ schools and my eldest child’s piano lessons. During the summer of 2018, we decided to look for a new piano teacher as the drive to Dallas was taking a toll on all of us. Finally, we found McKinney Piano and Voice Academy. We were going to enroll my daughter for a few lessons to see if she’s gonna like it there. A few weeks in, we have seen the professional skill and technical expertise of Mrs. Margarita Grosyman and decided to stick around her studio. Because of Margarita’s expertise and experience in teaching piano, my daughter expanded her knowledge in techniques and has went beyond note reading into developing beautiful music. We really love the way she teaches. She is very thorough when introducing new songs, making practice at home a lot less work and frustrating for my daughter. She is very knowledgeable, energetic and fun teacher who imparts good techniques and at the same time instills a lifelong appreciation of music. My daughter especially likes it when her teacher shares history behind the music pieces she’s learning and describes the emotions which the composer would like to express. In the last winter recital, my daughter and Margarita played a duet and she felt really proud performing side by side with a true professional! We would certainly recommend her to any one who wants to learn piano or grow their piano skills.

For as long as I could possibly remember, the piano was an instrument I wanted to play. Every time I hear a wondrous melody come from the piano I always imagined how amazing it would be if I could play the piano myself and create melodies along the lines of greats like Mozart and Bach. Unfortunately I am not that gifted, however the piano instructor here is one that will indeed teach you everything you need to excel at the piano. She gives excellent advice while also supporting your endeavors in learning and mastering the piano. Mrs.Groysman is a dime of dozen when it comes to teaching the piano and with her guidance I truly do believe that I am capable of becoming a pianist
