My husband and I came in today to just look at a few SUV models. We plan on purchasing a car in 6-9 months but I am researching now so that I know exactly what I want when the time comes. Cooper came out to meet us within a few min of our arrival and I have to say it was the most enjoyable experience I have had at a car dealership. He answered all of our questions, understood that we aren’t wanting to buy at the moment, and never pushed us to try and get a sale. By being extremely professional and not pushing us we will definitely be returning when we are ready to purchase and we will definitely recommend Cooper to our friends and family.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Huffines, first time purchasing a vehicle at Kia. I worked with Martin Houston. He sold me a 2020 Sportage. He made sure I got what I want for the price I want. He's was very patient with me, because I'm super busy and hard to convince. He's very good with communication before, during and after work hours. Yay!!! Got my 1st wheels... It’s a Kia Optima I got from Huffines Kia McKinney Auto last week and very pleased with the service provided to me. Vehicle was exactly as described, very straight forward and fair, it was a fantastic experience overall. I spent very less time in and out, Michael took care of everything like a pro. If you're the kind of person who likes to do all of your car research and compare listings before stepping on the lot, you'll have a good time here. I walked in on a Wednesday evening with two specific cars in mind, and within fifteen minutes I started my first test drive. When I told the salesman, Michael Lang, that I wasn't really happy with either of the cars, he showed me a few good options that I hadn't considered while looking online. Michael was patient and laid back. I emailed him the next morning to schedule another test drive of a car that he showed me, went in that afternoon, and was out of the dealership with a new car within two hours.
After being used to high pressure sales tactics at every turn, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the shopping and buying process was at Huffines Kia McKinney. My sales consultant, Cooper, made sure to have the exact vehicle we were interested in ready when I arrived, and didn't pressure me into \buying today\ during our first visit. The buying/financing process was equally pleasant and efficient; once we made it to the finance desk, we were out of the door with keys in hand in well under an hour. I also really appreciated that Huffines doesn't pre-load their vehicles with dealer add-ons. I highly recommend them!
