It is my second time eating at this location and food and service has been so good! I wanted to give a shout-out to the manager Melissa. She was so kind and really made us feel welcome to eat here! You could just tell she cares about the people that come into this restaurant. Melissa you are awesome! My wife and I appreciate you! Happy New Year and thank you for spreading kindness!

Whenever we usually go here, it is okay. But, this time I was not pleased. I really enjoy their ice cream sandwiches and I stock up on them for later. I specifically asked if they came in individually wrapped plastic and they said yes. But, as you can see by the image they are not wrapped. They melted inside into a soup. I tried to revive them by putting them in the freezer but then it looked like a styrofoam infused flat sandwich. The only reason that this isn’t a one star is because of the cheese curds and my other good experiences.
Great place to get smashed style steak burgers. I have been here at least a dozen times, they have never screwed up my order. Its kind of like a Steak N Shake, except the food is actually good!
I really thought I was going to like it here, but sadly wasn't worth the price. 2 combos, a kids meal, and a chocolate malt was a little over 30 bucks. I could have found cheaper elsewhere. The ice cream sandwich was given to use for free, but I wasted 5.64 on a malt, that I ended up pouring down the drain. The taste wasn't that great. The fries were super thin, the meat patties were super thin, and a double meat looked like a normal burger. Reminded us of a more expensive steak and shake. Not sure we are coming back.
Absolutely love this place. It's a bit expensive feeding 3 but it's really good and worth it. The staff is very friendly and that helps a lot when your hungry. They have never messed up my order. I will go out of my way to go there especially when I want the concrete ice cream & the cheese curds, the onion rings are great & of course the burgers. Haven't tried the chicken yet. I'm not a hot dog fan & I did try it, just not for me. I wish the one in the colony hadn't closed. It's a 30 min drive for me to get there.
