Overall a great experience. I knew what I wanted, about what I was willing to pay, and how much time I was going to put into dealing. I was treated professionally and when I pushed to get the deal done very quickly they did what was needed. I would definitely recommend this dealer. Of course, anyone buying a vehicle anywhere should do their research on rebates, dealer costs, etc. before shopping so you are at a strong position to deal.

I took my Silverado in for scheduled maintenance. This is the 3rd time I've taken my truck to this dealership and as always they never fail to un-impress. I spent roughly 500 on a number of service items. Three (3) days after I took the truck in for service and I found the cover for the power steering fluid reservoir missing. Coincidently, they replaced the the power steering fluid. Luckily for me, it was so cold out that the cap was frozen to battery bracket on the left side of the engine bay. Had it not been so cold I may have lost it on the highway.

Mike, the service contact person came out quickly to greet me when I pulled up. Mike and the staff (and whew clients) also practiced the CDC social distancing/mask/hand sanitizer guidelines to help us all during the pandemic. They serviced my car within the estimated time. They were very polite. The waiting room was clean and pleasant.

I have purchased several vehicles in the past and this was by far the easiest and least stressful experience. Chris Riddle was by far the best salesperson I have every worked with and the finance manager was extremely helpful and explained everything.
