When the people of Samara lakes were ready to build a park for the children we did lots and lots of searching for Quality product.After dealing with several company's We went with American and was this the best move.From the first call with Joe Wirtz to the ribbon cutting with Chuck the process was handled perfectly Chuck and his staff handled everything from the permitting to providing us with a DJ and aSno cone truck for our big day Marc Brynn Kimberly and everyone took the time to provide daily updates so I could pass it along to the community well we now have a wonderful playground along with a full size basketball court they included everything down to trash cans and bicycle racks So take my advice take the time call the people who care thanks to all at American. American Playground provides exceptional playground equipment but uses some irresponsible installers and exhibits very poor customer service. I have purchased two very nice playground sets. It took this company from March 2015 to August 2015 to get the first equipment installed. This years installation resulted in my lawn to and around the equipment being totally destroyed. The installer said such damage is to be expected at a construction site!!! I have two and a half acres of space but I have learned my lesson. American Playground is not the place to do business with.
