A family member visited the pharmacy today. He had run out of a tablet he needs (Christmas holidays) and I had told him that when this happens to me, I just go to the chemist to get an emergency supply. I have been doing this for many years at many different chemists and never had an issue. He has been going to this particular Chemist for 8 years. He was told he could have 3 tablets if he paid 2.60! Very embarrassed, he said he had no money on him and that the prescription had been ordered. They made him go back home to get money before they gave him the 3 tablets! None of us will set foot in here again.
