By far the worst company I have ever worked with. If you enjoy extortion, poor customer service, outlandish fees, mediocre housing this is the privatized housing company for you. From Chris Parker all the way down to some of the maintenance workers you will experience the time of your life and not in a good way. If this agency had a direct leadership they would have definitely had an Article 15 or higher by now by the way they carry out their business and the unprofessionalism that lies within that retched housing office. I wouldn’t even let Putin live here!

My experience with United Communities, my leasing agent, and maintenance has been spectacular. Having to deal with COVID and the red tape, that goes along with it in the military, my orders were moved four times, and each time Mrs. Hullings worked tirelessly to get me the floor plan that I desired. When I had questions Mrs. Hullings answered them completely and in a timely manner. With any dwelling, there comes a time when you must put in work orders. All work orders were completed to my satisfaction, if not the same day, the next day. What I’m saying is my experience has been positive and yes, I would recommend United Communities. PCS season has so many other headaches, I am happy to say this was not one of them.
Moving isn't always the easiest. Especially when doing it alone with a deployed spouse. Cristina is amazing at what she does! I didn't feel alone in the process of finding a home with her help. She kept me informed, answered all my questions and got me into a place I love. She even checked in on me while I took my 3 day long drive to get here and was genuinely concerned. I love her compassion and dedication to getting me into my home on time and for helping me still with everything since I've been here.
Their workers hit my car in the parking lot. Tried rubbing the damage off and lied about it. Their other employees admitted they saw him hit the car and changed their story when the manager show up. Rather then admitting their fault they lied and made me late to work and a very important meeting. Disgraceful company makes life harder for military
