The service was super quick, which I appreciate, but my appointment was apparently not scheduled after speaking to someone on the phone, and one of the staff members, Scott, seemed like he could not be bothered with helping customers or his co-workers with my vehicle. He was very short in response and seemed more concerned with slouching lazily at his computer. But as I said, the service was efficient and satisfactory.
Best dealership I have ever dealt with. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Tony Scarbary. He was very knowledgeable and very honest. He wasn’t too pushy and made me very comfortable with buying my first brand new car. He was able to work most things out over the phone so I didn’t have to sit in the dealership for hours which was wonderful! If you’re shopping for a new ride I strongly recommend going to see him!
We came here because our salesman Jeremy worked with us when he was with the Toyota dealership. We purchased three Toyota’s from him, and just loved this guy. Now that he is at GMC, I guess that we will slowly switch all of our cars and trucks over to GMC, He is that Good. In addition the finance manager was extremely efficient and welcoming, overall it was a perfect experience.
