Went today and forgot to order something that was for my granddaughter. When we got to the pick up point we asked if we could add to the order. We were initially told we would have to go round again to order as they didn’t have a till there. But when we were handed our food we were told it had been added for free, courtesy of the manager Cathy! Want to give an awesome shout out to Cathy ... now that is customer service !!

I would like to congratulate this branch of McDonalds. The service is impeccable. From the time you enter, when details are taken with a smile, you are shown to a table and everything is sparkling clean. There is no sign of rubbish left around and tables, chairs and high chairs are cleaned as soon as they are left vacant. Well done to the staff and management.
