After ordering a breakfast meal at 0700 I requested to use the toilet facility after a 4 hour drive from the Midlands to deliver an electric motor in St Austall at 0800, only to be berated by the lady taking my order for travelling to Cornwall, I found this totally unacceptable by an employee of a fast food outlet. Bring a key worker, delivering all over the UK vital equipment I find the lack of facilities both for catering and toilet use abhorrent, compounded by someone who are commenting above their remit.

Will not be returning here! The manager was very rude after they got my order wrong and missed items in my bag. She was then very rude to other customers who just wanted to pay for there order i will be placing a formal complaint about this manager. I would avoid this store!!
Honestly, if there was a giant hole underneath this McDonald's, I would be very surprised. It's not like thats possible, or is it? Have a great day.
Yes the place right now is the same as it was when it was first built, there's a front door which are automatic, you walk in and you can still buy a burger, how amazing is that, yes you can do that right now! Oh my mistake, only drive through and not via the automatic doors, you have to go around the building to a window and speak to a person via a speaker thing.
Next door KFC can open the doors for take away only, like the other McDonald’s but this one is only drive through. So if you have a car that is higher that the maximum high of the drive through you are not allow to walk on the drive through and “there is nothing we can do”
