Order through Uber eats ,Driver was very nice delivery very quick but they missed all sour cream dips(10) I ordered and pay for it my kids eat fries only with sour cream and I order more sides to eat them with sour cream ,cheesy stick was missing and doughnuts was old like really old hard dry not possible to eat !! Fries old literally had to be on the side for ages I had issues with this restaurant delivery before- missing and old items but I thought I try again because my kids really like McDonald but never again!!! How can u miss 10 sour cream dips on order!!! And how can u give old food no one is stupid!!!

Bought quite few things. I asked for no ice, as it was very cold day, I got ice in all 3 drinks. The chips were dead on the inside, tasteless. Big mac was burned and also tasteless. Very dissapointed.
rude staff. I work near festival park and it's my nearest mcdonald, where I often order breakfast or lunch to our office but have to go to mayflower mc'd instead. the staff is very impolite and quality of food poor at Mc'd festival park.
Despite my Big Mac meal being adequate, unfortunately (for my companion) her McChicken sandwich meal was inexplicitly replaced by a normally superior double quarter pounder. Unfortunately she doesn’t eat beef which left me alone with the Herculean task of consuming both meals. We dialed on the number on the receipt and communicated to no avail, just writing a name on the receipt for next time as a supposed token? I am absolutely furious and cannot bring myself to eat another McDonald’s for at least 2 days.
