Huge queues but moved quickly,great pleasant few words with fella at kiosk ,in passing. Freshly cooked food. Gdaughter and I enjoyed food. Well done in these times 2021 .

This place has a huge selection of food! And wow the food and drink have so much flavour! Hygiene was about 4 star (in my opinion)

Not the most enthusiastic team (cant blame them), cleanish, charge more than the one about 5 mins down the a473 because they’re technically a “services” on the m4. better off going to the one by big tescos provided its not lunch time

Dear McDonalds Pencoed, We visited as a family of 4 on the 17th. Eating out to help out was our aim. We didn't expect to be slapped with a PCN. I appreciate it's probably automated but have considerations, you may be a fast food restaurant but don't expect little ones to eat fast. Especially on top of the understandable wait until seating is available under current guidelines. Yours no longer. Richard

Much better than the McDonald's near Tesco and SCS. Food hotter and the service was much faster. I used the drive through.
